Not showing anything on app

I’ve got two cameras beside each other to test the performance and the spartan camera isn’t sending anything to my app. Recently it was sending 25-50 pictures per day. Nothing is showing up on app. Not even pictures that were their, their all gone?

  Try reauthenticating the app. Are the pictures getting to the online portal?

  Do you have premium credits? Here’s how to check:

  Do you have data? (If it’s on your phone plan, then you almost certainly do.)
