GC-USCb attempting to upgrade, exception

Camera has been attempting to upgrade, reaches Download 59/104 and states EXCEPTION then restarts the whole download process again.  Attempted the firmware upgrade via SD card with the FW96650.OTA file, but the camera states FILE NOT FOUND.

  Try formatting the SD card and loading the update on it again. Make sure after you load it that there's no number in parenthesis after the file name

  Thanks, the response.  I did try that once before and then realized after I posted that I had renamed the Firmware update file to help in identifying it on the laptop, which this is not a good practice since the camera is programmed to search and download the file as it is name from the download page.  Corrected this naming issue and it successfully updated. Thank you again.
