New credits/start sending pics

My camera ran out of credits and stopped sending pics. Now I have bought credits and the camera still doesn’t seem to be sending pics. Is there anything I need to do to get it to start again?

    Do you have any scheduled events other than the midnight status report? That camera may not check in again until then and it will find out that it has credits and will be able to send pics again. There isn’t anything you need to do to get it started again, it just has to check in.

    No other events set. I did not get status report either. I know there should have been pics taken today but I did not get those either.

    New batteries.
    Account shows credits purchased but doesn’t show any credits used.

    Same boat here. Of the 3 cameras, only 1 has used any of the credits that were purchased this morning. The other 2 have requests for status updates, but still say "pending." Just curious if I should do anything else to get up and running again on all three or just wait until tonight when it updates.

    I would cancel the pending commands just to be on the safe side. The cameras won't use the credits until they check in with a scheduled status report or you restart them

    Still have 1 camera not checking in after purchasing the credits yesterday morning. What should I do?

    Nope. Have 1 week old AA's plus an additional solar charger on it with fully charged 6volt battery.  Its not far from my work. I can run out and do whatever is needed at lunch. I just don't know what exactly I should do.

    Sorry, this may be too late. When you get to the camera, turn it off, then back to setup. Once it’s online, take/send a manual photo (aim it at something, press OK to take the pic, OK again to send it, then watch the screen). It should say sent and it should show up on your app. At that point, the camera will have contacted the server, the server will see that you have credits, and the camera will take a credit for the upcoming month.
