    Which model camera? If it supports real time, it won’t send videos, which may be why you aren’t getting them on the portal or app.

    If it’s a camera that supports transmitting video, then it’s not capable of real time control. I recommend using photo + video for video-capable cameras.

    i have a GC USCb the real time control is not currently turned on. im thinking if i turn it on then i can get it to turn back to photos. it doesn't support photo + video unfortunately.

    Turning on real time won’t help with getting it back to photo. You just need to request a setting change to turn it back to photo. That camera is not capable of transmitting videos.

    alright sound good. so if it has switched back to photo and its not sending them now what then? its showing its on photo now but not sending pictures still

    Because it won't send the videos it won't switch back to photo until the next status report unless you go to the camera and turn it off and back on and send a manual photo.
