What brand, capacity, size (standard or micro), and class (4 or 10) SD card? Did you format the SD card in the camera?

What about the SD card? See previous message for information requested.

The SD cards do go bad, is that card a class 10? In the cameras menu try defaulting the camera and also there should be an option for a data reboot. Try that and see if it helps. Also double check the data plan and if you are using premium check your credits.

Done both. Test photo still stuck on "setting"

How do I check premium credits? I buy them when asked by Spartan.

What about data? There's also a hello test in the cameras menu, try that and see if it passes.

    I did an "activation reboot"

If the activation reboot doesn’t resolve the problem, contact Verizon tech support and ask them to do a DMU key reset.

With 3 cameras, will they know the one to do a "DMU key reset" on? I don't want the other two screwed up!

Give them the phone number for that camera.

I still wouldn't rule out the memory card either

    Replaced disk. Same issue.

Dumb question: They are all on the same phone number. How will they know which camera?

Y'all are kind to stick with me on this....

    YAY! That worked.

They can’t all be the same phone number. Each camera has its own phone number.

”That worked.” The reboot or the DMU key reset?

Glad you're up and running again. Like Liz asked, what fixed it?

Verizon. Once the hello test failed and I figured out how to locate the number associate with the right camera, they were very helpful. Thanks for trying to help. I never figured it was a cellular problem all of a sudden.
