Stuck on setting

I always do a test shot when redeploying camera or changing batteries. Now it takes a photo, but just stays on setting and does not send.

  What brand, capacity, size (standard or micro), and class (4 or 10) SD card? Did you format the SD card in the camera?

  The SD cards do go bad, is that card a class 10? In the cameras menu try defaulting the camera and also there should be an option for a data reboot. Try that and see if it helps. Also double check the data plan and if you are using premium check your credits.

  What about data? There's also a hello test in the cameras menu, try that and see if it passes.

  If the activation reboot doesn’t resolve the problem, contact Verizon tech support and ask them to do a DMU key reset.

  With 3 cameras, will they know the one to do a "DMU key reset" on? I don't want the other two screwed up!

  Replaced disk. Same issue.

  Dumb question: They are all on the same phone number. How will they know which camera?

  They can’t all be the same phone number. Each camera has its own phone number.

  Verizon. Once the hello test failed and I figured out how to locate the number associate with the right camera, they were very helpful. Thanks for trying to help. I never figured it was a cellular problem all of a sudden.
