No photo available

I keep receiving photos on the app that show a message "no photo available".  But, if I click on them the photo is there.  I'm just unable to view the thumbnail.  Is there a way to correct this?

  I would check the purge setting for the app and also restart your phone.

  That's another thing; I did recently change the purge days from never to 60 days.  This got rid of some photos that were over 60 days old, but brought back photos from 8 months ago.  I have restarted the phone.

  It shouldn't have brought any back but it might have just made them visible again. I would try an even smaller purge setting, I keep mine around 5-7 days

  I would try something less than 60 days. What the NO PHOTO means is that the thumbnail is gone. I sometimes have that happen with new photos. I think that something is glitchy occasionally. I’m not sure whether the app makes its own tiny thumbnail from the transmitted photo or not, but there are the tiny version and the actual transmitted thumbnail.
