I have the camera set to GoWireless Auto, as it has always been. Now it's acting really strange. It will do the Hello test, however when I do a manual test image, it will only send the first one. No more than one. Then when I turn the switch to the ON position, It will only take and send 1 motion activated image. I have it set up in my living room now and it's not sending images. My AT&T plan is good for another 4 months for this SIM card.

When doing the firmware update try holding the playback button after you turn the camera to setup until you hear a beep and then release and press it again. Also make sure the firmware on the SD card doesn't have a number in parenthesis after the firmware name/code. As far as only sending one picture make sure in thesettings that the daily limit is set to zero I'm pretty sure that's an option with auto.

Thanks for the reply. I held the play button. When I released it and pressed it again, after about 5 seconds I heard three consecutive beeps, but it still does not reflect a firmware update, according to the date.

Ok so I actually sat by the camera. I must have a malfunctioning switch. I hear it beep three times after sitting in the ON position and setup to take pictures. When I opened the camera, the screen is back on and asking for my password, as if I would've powered the camera OFF then back to setup.

I would try a new set of batteries, you can also default the camera in the menu settings

This was brand new batteries put in the camera about 4 days ago. I have tried doing the default settings a few times. Would batteries make the camera switch malfunction? I slide the switch from "setup" to "on", then close the camera. After about 5 minutes, it beeps 3 times. When I open it back up, the display is back on and asking for my password, as if I would've powered off then back to setup. Also, still won't take the firmware update. I wouldn't think that would be a battery issue either.

It could be a bad switch but also could be a bad memory card, check the firmware again and make sure it didn't update and that's what caused the three beeps and restart. Try formatting the memory card in the camera (it will delete the firmware update) and try sending a manual picture again.
