no signal - squirrel teeth marks on antenna
Camera quit sending pics. Checked it next hunt found teeth marks on top of antenna. I guess squirrel chewing on camera antenna can take it down? Any suggestions on how to protect antenna? Is this covered in the 2 year warranty?
Also, have a new camera, so swapped out the antenna and tried to connect to network but it still doesn't work. I'm out of ideas.

Squirrel damage is not covered by warranty, but since you say you swapped antennas with no change, that’s probably not the problem.
What model camera (GC-what?)? Have you checked your data plan? Is the firmware current?
What brand, class (4 or 10) SD card?
Does the camera go online? Does it pass the Hello test? (with the camera online, fourth tab, Diagnostics, Hello test)?

v4Gb yes data plan good and new camera free for month
SD card scan disc 8GB
Camera won't find network with old or new antenna.
Someone at HCO updated my firmware in August when I changed phone numbers because it would not activate on my new phone. It's been fine since then. Put new activated camera on week or so ago and this one quit sending any pics.

yes, it takes a manual pic and this is same memory card that has been in the camera all along. We had just put new batteries and a month ago. Camera worked fine til last week. Not sure what class 10 means except in video recording, but as mentioned, the SD card had worked fine prior. Also, we took that SD card and put it in the new camera and it sent pic immediately.

I would try and get a class 10 card and try it even though it's working in the other camera, I have seen this before. Make sure it's 32gb or smaller and I like 16 or even 8 gb. If you want to send me your portal log in information I can take a look at things for you. Just email the info to Johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com

Thanks for email. I have done all. Changed batteries - updated SD card to class 10 - and switched antennas. Nothing has worked. I do have another Verizon sim card that was sent when I got a rep that didn't know how to activate my camera. Any suggestions or am I mailing it via warranty?

I just looked and the camera stopped on the same day that your new camera started sending pictures. I'm thinking Verizon screwed something up. Maybe they swapped the Sim card numbers instead of adding the new one. Try putting the Sim card from the new working camera in the non working camera and see if that gets it going. You can also put the Sim from the non working camera in the working camera to test it.
