    Are you trying to view the pictures on the camera or on a computer? Windows or Mac? What happens when you try to view them? Can you see any folders or files on the SD card?

    I am trying to view on my Mac. There is one folder and it only has one picture and one video. My disk utility shows 15.73gb used.

    Sounds like there may be a problem with the SD card. Is there any way to tell whether there are any hidden files on that card?

    I had one recently that went bad and had all sorts of weird characters in the file names.
