Premium credits are what you need to use the app and the portal. How do you get your photos sent to you?

You can try going up to shopping and buying a credit, or a few (cheaper for quantity purchase) and see if that gets it working again.

This isn't related to the problem you were having, but did you check to see how much data you used? I run all my AT&T cameras on the $75/1 year/4 G plan. If that's not enough data, the $25/90 day/2 G plan might be a good option. $35/month is a lot.

Here's an article on premium  credits:

    https://support.spartancamera.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010539473-Premium-Credits-what-are-they-buying-them-and-monitoring-them

Also, here's a tip if you post a question later. It's helpful to both those who answer questions and those who are looking for answers if you use a descriptive subject. "Camera was working fine but quit sending pics a couple of days ago" would be a good one for this thread, for example.

So if you purchase the credits, do you also have to purchase an ATT&T plan too?  I will only be getting pictures sent to computer.

You must have a data plan and premium credits. If you purchase your data from Spartan, it includes both data and premium credits. If you purchase data from AT&T, you need to purchase credits from Spartan.

The latest model AT&T cameras ship with SIMs for Spartan data plans.
