    Sounds like a bad memory card. I would try formatting the card in the camera or getting a new card. Does it look snowy like an old TV with no picture?

    I just replaced the memory card, forgot to include that in the post. It almost looks like the camera is moving when it takes a picture. Just kind of blurry and it used to be crystal clear

    Before, I had read that it could be a memory card issue so I replaced it and it’s still fuzzy

    The new card is a class 10 card 32gb or smaller and you formatted it in the camera?

    Could you please post one of the fuzzy pictures? “Fuzzy” can describe all sorts of things and we may not be visualizing what you are seeing. Are they all fuzzy, regardless of time of day, or is it only morning pics, only day pics, only night pics? Could the lens need cleaning?

    Are you using premium? If so, are you using large thumbnails? If so, have you checked to be sure that the camera is still sending large thumbnails? Sometimes the thumbnail size will get reset to regular after a FW update and regular thumbnails might be described as “fuzzy”.

    So you can view it but it's not really sharp? Is the info strip on the bottom of the pic larger then it was before? If so you probably just need to update the settings. Like Liz mentioned it might just be the smaller pic after the firmware update.

    Yes, I can view the picture but it’s not “sharp”. That’s the word I should’ve used to begin with! Lol I will get that changed ASAP! Thank y’all so much!

    Just posting a photo to test. This is a large thumbnail. No hosting site needed, I just picked this off my iPad. Should work the same on Android, I’d think.

    Yes, that's the smaller transmitted image. You want the1280 size, you probably just need to do a settings update from the app

    On the older cameras (any that don’t transmit video), the giveaway for the regular thumbnail is the large, ugly (but readable) text on the info strip. The larger thumbnails have text like this, much smaller.

    My camera takes crystal clear pictures during day. I’ve have 4 night pictures and they are fuzzy. Any help? How do i post a picture? And the format SD card in app. Do i need to click that? I haven’t yet. Put as card in, went through setup of camera and put it out to take pictures.

    On my iPad, to post a picture, I tap the little picture icon then choose the picture. The best way to format the SD card is to format it in the camera when you put it in the camera. Third menu tab, Format. It’s in the app in case you need to format when you aren’t at the camera. Formatting will erase everything that is on the card.

    Please do post one of the night pics so we can see it. It’s hard to diagnose the problem when we can’t see.

     This is a night picture off an old camera. This is as bad as a picture should be, although if an animal is moving, you may get a lot of motion blur.

    Can you log in to the portal using a computer, save a picture to the computer, and post it from the computer. "Fuzzy" can describe a lot of different things and we can't begin to try to help without seeing a picture.
