Question regarding "overwriting" setting on cameras
Eswoope and / or Johnnydeerhunter,
I hunt two or three places a considerable distance from home (state or two) and therefore I set the cameras to "overwrite" should the SD-cards run out of space. Had local camera close to home taking and sending like clockwork for months. One day it quit sending pictures. Gave status reports like it was suppose to, but no wireless/ap pictures. Drove over and opened the camera up, formatted the SD-card, slid the on-off-set switch to run and went back online sending like it always has. I didn't think to check the SD-card before I formatted it to see if it had any unsent pictures on it. The same camera hasn't missed a picture or had any miscues for months before and after the SD-card filling up. My question is when an SD-card is full and the camera is set to "overwrite" does a camera keep sending wireless pictures to the ap? I'm keeping in mind that I probably need to always need to manually set the camera to "overwrite" during the setup process before I hang it.
Thanks Again,
Gregg

If the camera is set to overwrite then when the SD card gets full the camera should start deleting the oldest picture to make room for the new photos and the new photos should be sent to the app. The overwrite setting is on the app in the camera settings and you should be able to turn it on there.
