GC-A4Gb ATT version, not sending any photos and log states "Internal Server Error"

Any help is welcomed.  Brand new as of Sat, activated SIM with 250mb plan to start, registered cam.  Multiple issues going on.

1) New Class 10 32gig SD card:  Formatted in cam:  Info screen reads 64mb free(nothing on it), status update shoes 23gig.  neither are correct

2) I can hear camera trigger but then no photos come through at all.  In the app under info- then logs: states: "CallAPI: /v1/mobile/downloadphotolist. Status: Internal Server Error"

Nothing comes through via text, app or email. 

Have tried everything i can think of and still stuck.  Anyone have this issue and how do you fix it?

    agreed, but forums are for pushing tech.  :)  

    great cam but this should be an easy fix.  My other cams, multiple brands i can feed them anything with no issue.  My cell phone says max 128Gb, i feed it a 256Gb crazy card and no issues. Cam loved the 128Gb card and performed the best of all but just can't send.  That's a programming fix to buffer how fast the cam can get data from the card and taming it down to what cell transmission wants so that it can transmit.

    That's not what this forum is for, but okay...

    All we can do is mention this to our contacts. Tech support and engineers don't monitor here. We don't know what the development plans are.

    Where did you buy the cards from? Any chance they are fake/knockoffs?

    Ok, hope this helps anyone that has this cam... i have tested a bunch of cards this one seems to be operating flawlessly.  Also its less than $15 on Amazon @ 32GB.

    I tested everything from generic 2Gb slow cards through 256 crazy speed cards.  This one seems to be the best and so far the most flawless. Hope it helps.

    These are the last ones I ordered. They worked fine. Before that, I was using 8 G cards that were very similar.
