Receiving Notification on Phone, but no photo's on APP or Portal
I am within 30 days of purchasing the new Spartan Go camera and am still on my free credit. I have been receiving several notifications on my phone (iOS) but when I open the App and/or Portal there are no updated/recent photos. I have the camera set to photo/video mode with several events to send photo or status and they are working.

Do you have the purge set in the app settings? If not it could be a storage issue. I usually set mine for 5 days. It could also be poor wifi signal, sometimes if the wifi is really poor you get the notification but the pic doesn't always download. You can check the portal and see if there's pictures there that aren't on your app.

It’s not clear what’s happening. You say that you are getting notifications of photos but that they are not on the portal. There’s no way that can happen. The portal sends the notifications and it won’t notify about a photo that it doesn’t get.
You also mention that you have status and photo events and those are working. The photos part isn’t consistent with your earlier statement that the pictures aren’t getting to the portal.
This is a long shot but it happened with one of my cameras. I had a bad SD card. The poor camera could sometimes send status reports but it couldn’t send photos. Make sure it’s a class 10 standard sized name brand card 32 G or less capacity.
I think Johnny’s answer is probably more likely, but I wanted to get clarification of what is happening and offer something else to check if Johnny’s ideas weren’t the solution. -
I have the app and I am receiving notifications that I have a new photo available but about half of the time it seems the system is not texting me the photo to my phone? All cameras have been setup for over a year and functioning quite well prior to the past few weeks. When I log on to the web portal the photos are there, seems the system is not texting to me for some reason? I checked the delivery options and the email addresses for texting were checked.
