My Verizon 4g camera always sends two pics to my phone. They are always the same pic with exact same time stamp. Even when camera is set to take only one pic. Any ideas?

  Are you using the app or getting the pictures through text/email?

  With 2 shot burst, they would probably have the same time stamp. Which model camera? V4G or Z4G?

  Johnny, getting them through text and email.
  Eswoope, should it matter if the camera is set to 1, 2 or 350 burst, shouldn't it always send only one pic?

  The new cameras will send all shots of a burst so if you have it set to three shot burst you'll get three pictures, two shot burst you'll get two pictures. Are you using premium? Are you getting two pics sent to both email and text or just one of them?

  As Johnny says, the camera sends all it takes. They’re one right after the other so the first two are often exactly the same time. With 3, there may 1 second difference. I don’t find 3 nearly identical pics useful so I use photo + video. Video starts 2 seconds after photo is taken and goes for either 5 or 10 seconds.

  Check the portal. The “identical” pics should be there but have different file names/numbers.
