    I would try restarting your phone

    As Johnny suggested, try restarting your phone. If that doesn’t fix the problem, please contact tech support, 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F. I’m running the new app on four iPads but no phone. I haven’t seen that error message and I haven’t seen it mentioned by any of us who have been testers so it’s something that tech support needs to know about.

    understood - the reboot did not fix the error so I will contact the support team.

    just tried that as well - no luck - i receive multiple pop-ups of the error - though i'm still able to receive new photos :(

    Just got word to try this:

     

    Remove your access codes for the cameras (don't forget to hit the update button)

    Refresh the share tab

    log out and then log back in to the app
