Model GC-V4Gb . Bought new at Sportsman show in 2018 . Added to Verizon unlimited premium plan . Camera has never sent single test pic or anything. All correct info is on Portal showing camera registered. Called customer service multiple times and always had to leave a message with never a call back. Stopped at booth in 2019 and asked representative for help and explained issues and he told me that i was doing something wrong . I told him i had called customer service multiple times and left messages and never received a call back.His response was that he calls customer service everyday without a problem. Not the answer i needed to hear. I do not have time to sit on a computer and try to figure this out . As of now i have a $400+ camera that does nothing with no warranty . It would be nice to talk to a person who can walk you thru everything and fix the problems. Sad part is i bought 2 other cameras from another Mfg and they have functioned flawlessly. Appreciate some help here.
