Had camera since 01-2018 and have never seen a photo
Model GC-V4Gb . Bought new at Sportsman show in 2018 . Added to Verizon unlimited premium plan . Camera has never sent single test pic or anything. All correct info is on Portal showing camera registered. Called customer service multiple times and always had to leave a message with never a call back. Stopped at booth in 2019 and asked representative for help and explained issues and he told me that i was doing something wrong . I told him i had called customer service multiple times and left messages and never received a call back.His response was that he calls customer service everyday without a problem. Not the answer i needed to hear. I do not have time to sit on a computer and try to figure this out . As of now i have a $400+ camera that does nothing with no warranty . It would be nice to talk to a person who can walk you thru everything and fix the problems. Sad part is i bought 2 other cameras from another Mfg and they have functioned flawlessly. Appreciate some help here.

What show in 2019? (Curious because several of us on the camera test team worked ATA and S.H.O.T. but I don’t know any of us who call every day so I’m wondering if maybe it was a dealer. If it was the Sportsman’s show, I’m pretty sure you talked to a dealer rather than someone who works for Spartan Camera.)
Have you updated the camera’s firmware? Are you using a standard-size class 10 name-brand SD card?
You should be able to send a manual photo by putting the camera in setup mode, letting it get oneline, pointing it at something and pressing the OK key and then pressing OK again to send the photo. However, chances are that the camera is using premium service and your free month would have expired one month after you registered the camera so you are probably out of premium credits.
We should be able to help you get that camera working. If not, it’s under warranty. Have you tried calling recently? The phone situation was less than ideal back the end of summer and fall during deer season but I think it’s improved lately.
These cameras have a 2-year warranty.

Tshurtz, I'll bet you're out of credits. Log onto the online portal and go to "account" and premium credit history and I'll bet you find there's no credits left. Account shows 1 credit remaining . Test photo just reads sending then screen times out, using 8Gb card supplied at purchase, Firmware was updated and shows complete in my camera actions history as far as i can tell. Camera was bought at Great American outdoor show . If that was one of your dealers he should find a new career , customer service is not a strong point. I will send login info and try to call again today. I work 18-20 hours a day and have limited time for computers.Thanks
