Guests have lost access since APP update

    Are your guests trying to create their own account using their own email address and password or by using your info? They need to create their own if they are not.

    They are using their info.  He cant recover password or create new account.

    Do they have their own spartan cameras and account or just getting your pictures as a guest?

    They are just using my cameras as a guest. One guy got his to work with no issues. He just created an account like the APP asked. The other guy tries to create an account get a message that the email is already in use. So he then requests for lost password. Gets msg that his email isn’t found
