    I'm not sure there is a limit but will ask. You now share the cameras from the app and you can remove a guest from one camera or all of them without having to change the access code and mess up everyone else that you are sharing with. Did you get the email a week or two ago with the announcement about the new app coming out?

    yes i did, and it did not say anything about your guest have to get there own account, and i must mention  i am a beta tester for the app, so i got to see the app before anyone else, and my camera been down since 3/10/19 makes me wonder if the app had anything to do with that, everything was good, credits,  battery, and data plan,

    App should have nothing to do with the camera working. What kind of problems are you having with the guest access?

    That app has NOTHING to do with your camera being down. I’m running over 25 cameras on my app, running the app (versions not available to regular beta testers) on 8 devices. Has your camera been checking (status report) at all? It’s possible that the SD card went south, I’ve had it happen. 

    I think if you want to send via email, you’ll specify that on the portal just like you’ve done in the past. If they’re using the app, they’ll have to set up their own account. You’ll share from the app. For those of us who are familiar with the old access code method, this change is a little annoying. OTOH, by sharing to people using email, if you want to remove one person’s access but not another’s, you no longer have to change access codes, you just remove the share from the person who shouldn’t have it. Being able to do shares from the app should be an improvement over doing it from the portal.

    the camera stop sending statice reports, and statice pics, but send a few motion pics, then stop sending all together

    That's usually a sign of the batteries getting low. Check the P number on the bottom of the night pics and see if it shows anything other than P5. If you are using lithium batteries I have seen them die and not show low voltage at all.

    the batteries are 2 weeks old and the nite pics said p5 and yes they are lithium, and i should mention last time I change the batteries it took 48 hours before i started getting my daily reports and statice pics, but this time they never came in.

    Sometimes after the batteries die you need to do a settings update, depending on how low the batteries get and for how long the camera can default itself and then it won't have the scheduled events scheduled anymore.

    ok i was just reading the another post with somebody having the exact same problem I am having with my camera, after the update, now i  feel its on spartan end why the camera stop sending pics, and no were on my app i have the option to take a photo now

    Open camera settings and then close camera settings and take a picture should appear

    thats what i did and still nothing, even uninstalled the app, and reinstall and still nothing.

    no its checked, for real time on, so are you saying i have real time turned on , for take a pic now to show on my app

    Yes, real time has to be turned on for that option to appear.

    ok thanks, hopefully the camera will start working again, but once my credits run out and data plan,  I  am thinking about giving up on this thing, was good  at one time, but not now, just to many problems everytime they make a change.
