How long does it take to receive videos after you request them through the app? I have my cams set to video/pic and I requested the video 6 hours ago and still nothing.

  It won't send the videos until after the camera checks in again usually by sending a photo

  It’s sent other pics since the video was requested. Is there something I should be doing on my end ?

  No, there's really nothing you can do other then cancel the request and then try and request them again. Maybe try one at a time. If the cameras batteries are getting low or the signal is poor it can keep the camera from sending them successfully. What camera model, GC????

  Also, what brand, capacity, class (4 or 10, which is a speed rating). It’s more likely batteries or signal strength but it may be SD card.

  I just checked camera settings and it’s showing set up photo only ... just changed to photo / video and clicked update.

  The other camera finally did send the video and those settings show photo/ video.

  Funny thing is I set both cameras at same time and manually selected video/ pic. Later that day I logged into app and saw they both showed photo only, so I changed them on the app. Looks like only one synced

  Yes, status reports at midnight, 9am and noon. Scheduled pics at 5am, 10am, 1pm, 5pm and 9pm. You can also set up time lapse for every hour or two as well.

  I get pics at 9 AM, 3 PM, and 9 PM, status reports at midnight, 3 AM (take care of the time change), and either pics or status reports at 7 AM, noon, and 6 PM (depending on the camera). Scheduled events come in really handy.

  Even though the camera says full cell signal i have a feeling it isnt and thats why I am not recieving the videos. My verizon phone shows 1-2 bars of service at the same location.

  I also placed a camera in my backyard where I have great cell and cam signal, videos work and transmit as they should there.

  The Z4 usually has no problem sending anything even if the signal is poor. I would make sure that your firmware is up to date, time zone is set in the settings and that power save is turned on. I would also try a new memory card just to rule that out as being the problem. (Class 10, 32 GB or smaller)
