Video Request
How long does it take to receive videos after you request them through the app? I have my cams set to video/pic and I requested the video 6 hours ago and still nothing.

I just checked camera settings and it’s showing set up photo only ... just changed to photo / video and clicked update.
The other camera finally did send the video and those settings show photo/ video.
Funny thing is I set both cameras at same time and manually selected video/ pic. Later that day I logged into app and saw they both showed photo only, so I changed them on the app. Looks like only one synced

Even though the camera says full cell signal i have a feeling it isnt and thats why I am not recieving the videos. My verizon phone shows 1-2 bars of service at the same location.
I also placed a camera in my backyard where I have great cell and cam signal, videos work and transmit as they should there.

The Z4 usually has no problem sending anything even if the signal is poor. I would make sure that your firmware is up to date, time zone is set in the settings and that power save is turned on. I would also try a new memory card just to rule that out as being the problem. (Class 10, 32 GB or smaller)
