On one of my cameras I received 6 photos this morning delivered to the app. Only 2 of the six we’re texted to my phone. It’s a Verizon camera. Have 4 bars.

  Text is not as reliable as the app. Cell carriers block or delay the text messages sometimes. If you are getting the pics to the app then the camera and server/portal are functioning correctly.
