    Can you please double-check FW on those cameras? That latest FW is 9/7/2018. 

    When you turn the cameras on, do they show a network connection? If so, what happens when you take/send a manual photo?

    If they are on your Verizon phone account, have you checked to see whether they are still listed? Have you contacted Verizon about them?

    You’ll have to update FW manually if you don’t have a connection.
