2 cameras not working
I purchased one go cam, worked great for about three weeks so I purchased a second one. The second camera has never worked properly taking pictures here and there. First camera has stopped working altogether. I updated through the computer. No results. Help please :)

To add to Johnny’s questions, what happens when you try to take/send a manual photo? (In setup mode, with the camera logged into the cellular network, point it at something, press OK to take a pic, press OK again to send the pic.)
His questions are the first to ask, and the information you provide for those may lead to a solution, but taking/sending a manual photo may help if there’s nothing obvious in the first set of answers.

Make sure you are using a class 10 memory card that's 32gb or smaller. Did the firmware update on the camera or is it still pending? Try the manual pic like Liz suggested and see what happens. Also make sure that power save is turned on in the settings. Looking at the status report on the app what firmware version is on the camera(s)?

andrew.stegall,
What model camera? GC-what?
Does the camera pass the Hello test? With it in setup mode and connected to the network, fourth tab, Diagnostics, Hello test. If it passes, you are connected to the network. If it fails, check your data plan.
What brand, class (4, 6, or 10), capacity (G), and physical size (standard or microSD in an adapter) SD card are you using? Did you format it in the camera? Did you try a different SD card?
If you are using the app, do you have premium credits? In the app, at the bottom, choose Account > Premium Credits > Check credits.
Is your firmware up to date? Check the Status Report page of the app.
