New camera taking pictures but not sending to app

    What model camera? GC-what? Is there any chance that the camera got switched from send via Premium to Auto? 

    Are you taking/sending a manual photo? With the camera in setup mode and logged into the network, point it at something, press OK to take a pic and OK again to send it. What does the screen say? (It should say Sent.)

    Have you checked the portal to see if the pics are on the portal (the web site)? If they are, then they’re getting from the camera to the server but not from the server to the app. If that’s the case, please log out of the app and back in. If that doesn’t fix the problem, then restart your phone. If that doesn’t fix the problem, then please uninstall and reinstall the app. These steps are only if the pics are on the portal. If they aren’t on the portal, then we need to do some troubleshooting on the camera in.

    Things to check:

    Is the camera firmware current?

    Are you using a name brand class 10 SD card, 32 G or less capacity, standard size (not micro SD in an adapter).
