Android app not receiving pictures since 5/28/19, iOS apps working properly
I stopped receiving images on my Android phone after 5/28. I was out of cell range for a week, so I thought nothing of it.
After determining that I had a problem, I tried to view camera settings and got an error.
I deleted and re-downloaded the app with the same results.
I deleted the camera and re-registered and got exactly two photos, one forced picture by pressing the OK button and one as I was walking away from the camera. No further pictures have been delivered to the Android and I still get the error when I try to view settings, but both an iPhone and an iPad are receiving photos just fine.

One clarification: The phone has been receiving photos for as long as I've owned it. It stopped suddenly after May 28.
After re-adding the camera, I received two photos. I was also able to view settings without the "Error inquire settings" message.
This morning, that's not the case.
I checked my app permissions and found that "camera" and "storage" were allowed.
I had enabled "camera" to capture the imei.
The disallowed items were "contacts" and "phone"
Enabling all options did not change anything.
Do you have other suggestions? I see that others are inquiring about something similar, but I had more detail to add and didn't want to bury it in a comment.

Clearing the cache didn't help.
I opened the app and tried to log out. It is unclear if I was actually logged out because nothing changed.
I decided to start from scratch.
I force quit the app.
I deleted cache and data.
I uninstalled the app.
I reinstalled the app.
I opened the app and it has an entry under "my cameras."
All other behaviors, except that the two photos are gone, are the same.
I did not see an option to log in or reconnect to my camera.
Did some data not get deleted or what am I missing?
