Daylight pictures are black and white, sometimes just solid white.

The pictures were great from September 2018 until the leaves came off of the tree's late November 2018. Ive tried changing the sd card, formatted the sd card, put in a new sd card, rebooted the camera, changing the batteries with new batteries and rebooting it again. Pull the batteries and let the camera drain all of the way down. Installed new batteries rebooted again. Went back to default settings. Rebooted again and the daylight pictures are still black and white/solid white daylight pictures. There is nothing close to the camera to get in the way of the pictures. Is there anything else I can try to fix this problem.

    I would try another SD card and a firmware update. If that doesn't do it you'll probably have to send it in to be looked at.

    Ok. I use a Sandisk 16 GB SD card. Is there a special SD card I should be using.

    I had to send it back and they said the shutter wasn't working and they didn't have parts to fix it, so they sent me the newest model camera.

    Ct Drake, has the camera always done this or just something recent? have you recently moved the camera to a new location and that's when it started?
