No pictures being sent.
Bought my camera with Verizon service last year. Had worked flawlessly until about 10 days ago as it has stopped sending pictures. I currently have the camera in my hand and everything seems fine. There are pictures being taken but just not being sent. I have 11 credits remaining and firmware is updated. Service is 3+ bars with new SD card and batteries. Any suggestions?

What class is that 8G card? 4 or 10? (Number in a little circle)
You may want to reset the camera to default (third tab). Then see if it will take/send manual photo. If it does, then you’ll want to request a setting update from the app (you don’t need to change anything) and then take/send another manual photo or two.
Before you do any of that, please try the hello test. Once the camera is logged into the network, fourth tab, Diagnostics, hello test. If it passes that, you do have a data connection. If it doesn’t, then there’s something wrong with the data/network connection.

SD card is a 4. No reason why my account with Verizon would be an issue as it is in the same plan as other devices. I will check though. Is there a limit to the amount of photos per month that can be sent? Can’t remember. I did have a branch in front of it causing it to take a crazy amount of photos.

You are lucky that the class 4 card worked. I’m suspicious of it.
There’s no logical reason that your Verizon account should be an issue BUT it’s always best to check. There’s no limit on the number of photos. The camera uses your account data to send pics, no counting involved. If there were any kind of problem as far as data usage goes, it would affect your other cameras.
Do you have a class 10 card that is 32G or less, name brand (like SanDisk), standard size that you can try?

Are you taking the manual photos while the camera is in set up mode? If so what does it say on the screen after you press OK the second time to send the picture now that you have a new memory card in the camera? If you want to email me your portal log in information I can take a look at things for you, my email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
