3G upgrades to 4G

How do we go about purchasing upgraded cameras from 3G to 4G for the $250? Also, I have a 3G that needs to be returned for some work. Night pics work but day time pics come back all blacked out. Can I get a RMA # to ship the camera to? I have a bunch of warranty registration cards to send in. They were returned for the wrong address. What address should I send them to?

  You need to call 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F to talk to someone about upgrading. You can also ask to talk to someone in tech support about the camera that needs work.

  On the camera that takes bad day pics look in the lens opening and see if you can see part of the ir cut filter blocking the lens. If you do you can give it a little tap tap on the side of the camera. It might just be a little stuck.
