I have been getting pics everyday since I put the camera out a few months ago. I still have 23 premium credits. I didn’t get a pic for a day and a half and figured something was wrong. I went over and walked around in front of the camera for a few minutes and nothing. Battery is low but still there. Any ideas?

  What, exactly, do you mean by “Battery is low.” What type of batteries are you using (lithium, alkaline, rechargeables, external)? What’s the P number on the info strip of the last few night pics? What’s the voltage on the last status report?

  Batteries are not like the fuel tank on a vehicle. It’s not a level of fullness, it’s a voltage level. Once the level falls below a certain voltage, the camera cannot transmit pics.

  There is battery level on my app that has 5 bars. It is still showing 2 bars. 4.80 V. Alkaline batteries. The P number on last night pic is P1.

  That low is dead dead dead. You need to change the batteries. Once your see 5.1 volts it's time to get to the camera soon. P3 is sometimes ok for a while but P1 is extremely low.
