Not sending photos

Set up camera, took a photo of me leaving and hasn't sent one since. Have 4 other brand cameras in the same area and have never gone a day without an photos. Camera doesnt seem to be sending them. Amy suggestions?

  Are you using Auto (text/email) or Premium? If you are using premium, set some scheduled events (in the app, Camera Settings page) so the camera sends you some pictures at specific times. All my cameras send pics at 9 am, 3 pm, 9 pm. The send status reports at midnight, 3 am (takes care of time changes), and pics or status reports at 7 am, noon, and 6 pm.

  Sensitivity is normal?

  Is this a new camera set up or have you used it before? If it's new double check the data plan. Where did you buy your data from?
