Firmware update

Trying to update the firmware on attxb ota.  It doesn't seem to work.  Just sits there pending.  The file is an ota file.  Can this be put on the sd card and updated from there?

  If you go to the firmware downloads page that's the safest place to get the update. It will be either an OTA or bin file and be fine to  put on an SD card and update manually.

  Double check the file on the card, too. Make sure it doesn’t have any spaces, parentheses, or numbers within parentheses, which happens when you download the file more than once.

  I had to update several of my ATTxb manually a couple of weeks ago.
