Camera (GC-Z4GB) has stopped sending photos
On July 14th my verizon GC-Z4GB cam stopped sending pictures after I have had it roughly 1 month. It has new batteries, plenty of room on the SD card and my plan goes until Sept and has been sending pictures through perfectly until the 14th of July. I went to the camera in the woods and the batteries are still good, and camera working but when I try to manually send a pic it did not say "sent". It would say sending but it would not say "sent" and would never come through on the app. I then read about the premium credits and had bought my plan through verizon so I then purchased the 12 premium credits but the camera still will not send anything through....is there anything I can or need to do?

What is the date/time of the last status report that you got?
Do you have the camera in hand? If so, try the Hello test. With the camera in setup mode and showing bars (logged into the network), go to the fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics, and choose the Hello test.
The camera should have said “failed” or something if it couldn’t send. That part is a bit of a puzzle.
What kind of batteries are you using?

Lithium batteries may show full power until they die. They sometimes give no warning at all. However, you got a status report this afternoon, so there’s still some power.
What brand, class (10, 6, or 4), capacity, and size (standard or microSD/adapter) are you using? Did you format it in the camera? Sometimes a bad SD card will prevent the camera from sending pics.

I had just put the batteries in a couple weeks prior to this issue so that is probably why the battery life is still good. Im using a 32g standard SD card and on the status report it is still showing it has 21.79GB of memory left out of the 32GB. I formatted the SD to this camera and got the SD card new and only used in this camera. The SD is Scandisk brand but I do not know if its 10, 6, or 4.

32 G card is almost certainly a class 10. It could still be a bad SD card. The one I had that went bad was new when it was put into the camera, formatted in the camera, not used in any other camera. It does happen.
if your batteries are only 2 weeks old, they should still be good. However, the last status report from lithiums before they die may very well show full power.

What joeysaggonner said. Format the sd card in the camera. It’s just another spartan issue where they will stop sending pics even with full battery. Go to the cam and format it and it will get you until either the batteries die or you have to go back and do it again. Bill Busbice must have been on Spartans design team.

The format from the app is something very new, with memory cards that go bad or are incompatible a lot of times they won't send pictures because there's not enough usable space on them to store and send a photo but many times the camera will still send at least it's main daily status report. As long as the camera is sending that status report it's checking in and there's a chance it will format the card.
