NO SD CARD keeps flashing
I have a Verizon GC-Z4Gb camera that keeps flashing NO SD CARD no matter which SD card I insert into it. I have at least 20 SD cards and I even bought a brand new Sandisk 16gb class 10 card to try in it. I have tried blowing the slot out with compressed air. Sometimes it will work for a few days but it stops sending pics. It took 104 pics this last time then stopped. I have found that if I take out all batteries, sim card, and sd card overnight, it will usually read the sd card the next day and for a few days but it eventually stops reading the sd card and stops sending pics. Could there be a loose connection inside the camera? The camera is not even a year old yet.

This sounds like something tech support needs to deal with because you may need to send the camera in. Please email support@spartancamera,com or call 770-582-0004 9 am - 6 pm Eastern M-F.
Does the class 10 card have an 80 on it or a 48? Did you format it in the camera? Is your firmware current? (I don’t think that any of these things is the cause of the problems you are having, but I have to at least mention them.)

To add to what Johnny says, did you go to the page below and download the firmware file for your camera to the SD card? The menu FW update requires that the file be on the SD card. If the file isn’t on the SD card, then you need to request the Over the Air (OTA) FW update but using the Update button on the Status Report page in the app. OTA update is not going to happen if the camera is giving you the SD card error message, though.
