    What model? GC what?

    Did you buy a data plan for the second camera or add it to your cell phone plan? 

    Is the camera registered to your Spartan account? Does it show up in the app?

    Does the camera pass the Hello test? With it online, fourth tab in the camera menu, scroll down to Diagnostics, Hello test.

    I am having the same problem with my new Spartan. It takes pictures but will not send them. I did the hello test and it was fine. Can anyone help me out? I did buy a data plan already

    If you are on Facebook, please private message the Spartan Camera FB page and I’ll see what I can do to help you. 

    I’ll need to know which model camera (GC-what), whether you are getting your data from your phone carrier or from Spartan, if you’ve taken/sent a manual photo, if photo is on portal just not on app.
