No Reports or Photos in 10 days
I have credits and my data plan is up do date. The photos are on the SD card, but I am not getting them through the App or via email. What else could it be?

The mobile app log won’t show emails. It’s strictly for the app activities and emails aren’t that. Those are handled on the server end, not the app.
Have you tried entering your phone number as an email address (with @mms.att.net or @vzwpix.com or whatever your phone carrier’s suffix is) and seeing if pics will go to that? That’s working for me, but I don’t have any email addresses on any of my cameras. -

jdeerhunterpics please send an email from your Spartan email account to the email address listed in my profile to test. Perhaps my email provider somehow blacklisted Spartan's domain.

I just tested with a gmail account and it works. When the mobile app was updated and we had to recreate our logins I had issues with my email because it contained and underscore character and a hyphen character. Spartan developers fixed the bug and it worked since. Now I just realized it could be the same issue resurfacing. I will open a support ticket.

We aren’t regular Spartan Camera employees so we don’t have access to info in your profile. Johnny will have to provide you with his email so you can email him your email. I’m not sure whether he will be back on tonight. I believe there’s a bow fishing trip on the agenda for tonight.

I did the email verification and it was successful. I will now try to see if I can receive photos and status reports at the same problem email. I have a ticket open with support for this issue. At this time I am inclined to believe it is just this particular email having the issue. I tested with other email addresses with/without hyphen/underscore combination and I received emails from Spartan OK.
I also tested the problem email address with other sources and I was successful in receiving emails with attachments or without. Puzzling. This email worked with Spartan just fine for years.

It is not only emails with photos I do not receive at cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com. I also do not receive the status update email notification.I have no filter in place and emails do not go to SPAM. I also tested OK email delivery on this email address from other email systems, with and without attachments.
To further test I created a new email address having the same syntax - cotofanap_email-spartan@xxxxx.com and I receive OK status updates and photos from Spartan.

If the address gets blocked it will stop the status reports as well. It might not be the underscore or hyphen. It usually has nothing to do with the address itself, it's usually your email provider blocking or delaying the emails that flags your email address to the spartan server.

I tested OK sending and receiving emails to / from cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com, with and without photos attached, using other outside email systems. It is not my email provider as my other email cotofanap_email-spartan@xxxxx.com receives messages from Spartan OK.
