Can you try a different SD card?
Can you log into your account on the portal (www.spartancamera.com) and check to see whether the firmware is current? Cameras menu, Firmware Update.

Please contact tech support, support@spartancamera.com, 770-582-0004 9 am - 6 pm Eastern M-F. It sounds like you’ve done everything you can. If you haven’t left the batteries out of the camera for several hours, you can try that, but you’ve covered the usual basics.

Here’s the page to download the firmware. You’ll need to use the instructions for cameras that don’t have FW Update in the menus because you can’t access the menus. The Playback button method will work.
