Not getting emails
Both my cameras are taking pics and performing the status update per the app. Neither camera is sending emails of either action. I’ve looked through my settings and can’t see anything that would be causing this. I’m sure it’s something simple.

The cameras don’t send emails, the server does. Have you checked the portal to be sure that you have the email address listed under ACCOUNT > EMAIL CONTACTS, and then under CAMERAS > DELIVERY OPTIONS, you have selected the email address for that camera and you have entered that email address for the status reports (bottom of the email list)?

Changed the email address ( from a desk top computer) and requested a photo from the 3g camera. Not sure if it was a coincidence or what but when I went to check for the photo (on my phone) the app showed it just updated and showed me the features. Once I clicked done the pic was there and I had the email to the new address. Gave it 30 minutes and tried it again and got the pic and the email.
