Camera not sending pictures

I have a go cam model go-z4gb2(s378z) that is not sending pictures. It passes the hello test then when I try to send a manual photo it goes sending retrying sending failed. Sd card is a class 10 and when I check the sd card the camera is taking pictures just not sending them

  Elizabeth - I did default the settings, didn’t seem to help.

  I must have missed that. I did try to read through the older posts but there was a lot to keep straight. Sorry.
