searching network??

new camera setup ...i purchased a data plan from spartan and activated my sim card on att. the camera showed 5 bars service ...now has a black X on service and searches the says check sim card . my app showing 5 bars ? says system busy on any diagnostics? any help ?!!

  You were getting your data from ATT previously correct?

  Ok, go into the cameras menu and to diagnostics and to APN. The password will be 1-2-3-4. The APN should be set to either APNbl or APNbr, whatever it is change it to the other. Press ok to lock in the change when asked and back out to the main menu where you can see what the camera is seeing. Turn the camera off and back to setup and try taking a manual picture and see if it sends (press the OK button twice while in setup after the camera find signal).

  Try and give it some time and see if it will time out searching for network.
