    Not showing on the portal. The camera is not there.

    Did you receive the picture or did it just send it successfully and you don't know where it went?

    The camera must have been registered before, tech will have to remove it from that account for you

    Kinda what I figured. Hopefully we'll be able to get it worked out tomorrow. Leaving to head west Saturday and I'd sure like to get this camera in the woods. I put my old 3g camera in it's place, and I sure am spoiled to the video I'm missing.

    Steve, you should be good to go registering the camera. They tested the camera before sending it to you so it was still registered to the tech that tested it.
