Camera going off line

GC-V4GB, external battery on solar panel, brand new Sandisk 16gb class 10 Sd card, bounces between 4 and 5 bars of signal. Has a history of dropping off line for a day, or two, or sometimes even three. The last two nights and into morning, it has stopped sending status updates, and scheduled events. I always thought it was a Verizon thing, but It has done it in two different locations and I have a new Ghost in the old location that is NOT doing it, so I don't think it is an issue with a loss of cell service. This is the camera that I did an OTA firmware update a month or so back and it bricked. I returned it to Spartan, and they said they backfed power to it (I'm not really sure what that means), flashed the newest firmware and returned. I'm not sure that something else isn't going on here. 

 

Any suggestions?

    Not showing on the portal. The camera is not there.

    Did you receive the picture or did it just send it successfully and you don't know where it went?

    It sent successfully and I have not a clue where it went...:-)

    The camera must have been registered before, tech will have to remove it from that account for you

    Kinda what I figured. Hopefully we'll be able to get it worked out tomorrow. Leaving to head west Saturday and I'd sure like to get this camera in the woods. I put my old 3g camera in it's place, and I sure am spoiled to the video I'm missing.

    Steve, you should be good to go registering the camera. They tested the camera before sending it to you so it was still registered to the tech that tested it.
