Some things to check:
Do you have start-stop time set (there probably shouldn’t be any).
Is daily limit set to 0?
Did you use a name brand (SanDisk is a good one), standard-size (not microSD in adapter) class 10 (not 4 or 6) SD card, formatted in the computer?
Is the firmware current? Look on the status report page in the app.
What’s the date and time of the last status report?
Did you set any scheduled events (photos or status reports) throughout the day to make sure that the camera checks in periodically even if there’s no activity in front of it?
What model? GC-What?

i set a start stop time from 8:00pm -8:45 time lapse every minute just to get it to send last night but nothing .daily limit O yes. i have a 16gb sandisk class10
card . sad card not formatted? maybe that issue? last status report was at midnight , cell reception went from 3 bars which it’s been at since camera was set. to 5 bars after status update? yes have a scheduled event for one pic . GC-A4gb firmware is up to date , where it says update firmware button is grey (can’t click on it) . i think i may have to go get the camera ....ugh two hr round trip and call spartan ... any more tips? thanks for anymore help i appreciate it. i have a giant deer and it’s killing me to keep going into plot messing with camera .... -
If that firmware button is grey that means the firmware update is still pending. If you requested the settings change to timelapse after that it may have not have been completed yet. When you make requests they don't happen until after the camera checks in to the portal by sending a status report or photo. Go to your status report screen on the app and scroll down to the bottom and tap the little arrow in the lower right corner. That should show you what's complete and what's still pending.

That is correct with the start stop times and yes you can keep time lapse off. The pending commands have nothing to do with it sending to the portal/app. I think you weren't getting pics because of your settings with the start stop times the camera is basically off, you may have to wait until the next scheduled event or until 8:00 tonight before it updates it'self.

Unless you want pictures at regular intervals, there’s no reason to use time lapse. Just let the camera take normal motion-triggered pics.
25 seconds is an odd trigger interval. That’s the time the camera stay quiet after it sends a picture and before it can take another. If the camera is on a feeder or somewhere with a lot of activity, you may want to use 2 minutes or more. If it isn’t, 0 seconds will get you pictures as fast as possible.
I’m not sure what you mean by your last question.

Is the camera showing signal and that it’s online? Before trying the manual photo, try the Hello test. On the fourth tab, scroll down to diagnostics, then Hello test. If it passes the Hello test, then the camera is connected to the cellular network. If it fails, try again a couple of times. It has to pass the Hello test before it can take/send a pic.
