3g Stopped Completely
I have the a two year old 3G Verizon version, and a new 4G LTE Verizon version. 3 days ago my 3G completely stopped sending anything (texts, email, and even to the server via website or app). I had schedules status reports every day, last showed 3 bars, and full battery. Lithium batteries have only been in for a few weeks.
I have called Verizon and the service is still showing active. I have a bunch of premium credits left. Very frustrating, as the whole point of the camera was not having to be around it, and it is 3 hours away....Not easy to get to.
Any ideas? I have tried calling and emailing support, with no response.

Support will get back to you. They are responding to calls and emails as fast as they can and in the order received.
Was the last status report before or after the last picture you got?
The SD card could be bad, something could have damaged the antenna (although that’s not as likely as other possibilities), do any of the last few night pics have anything other than P5 on the info strip?

Spartan Camera announced and sent emails in June 2018 (as soon as Verizon notified of the December 31, 2019, 3G sunset) about the sunset. Offered an upgrade program, which is still available, $250 for a new 4G camera. There were announcements on the Facebook page and several of us posted in trail cam and hunting groups, plus multiple emails being sent.

Most of the time that is true but I have seen a bad SD card keep the camera from even turning on. If you want to email me your portal log in information I can take a look at things for you. My email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
