Data service
How/where do I check my data service ? I’m sure my month has just recently run out bc I stopped getting pictures all the sudden but want to check my data to make sure.

What model camera do you have? GC-what?
You may not be out of data, you may be out of premium credits. If you are buying data from Spartan, premium is included and the plans auto renew. If you are buying data from a carrier like CellCom, Bluegrass, or Nex-Tech, I think your data plan includes premium.
If you are buying data from AT&T (not likely for a brand new camera), you can run out of data (but it’s unlikely) and you may be out of premium credits.
If your camera is on a Verizon phone plan, you can be out of credits, as well.

Maybe look on the online portal and see if it still shows the pics from when you put it out, might be able to figure out exactly how long you've had the camera out. Are you getting your data from Spartan or ATT directly? Look at some of the most recent night photos, are any of the pictures showing anything other than P5 on the lower right corner of the pics? Are you still getting a status report(s)?

If you are getting your data from AT&T, you will go back to your AT&T account and purchase more data there. If you are getting data from Spartan, your plan will autorenew, but you don’t need to buy credits. Premium is included with your data plan.
On the portal (www.spartancamera.com), log in to your account and look at ACCOUNT, WIRELESS SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you are buying your data from Spartan, it will be listed there. If it isn’t, you’re buying from AT&T.
