    Which model camera? GC-What? Can you tell us exactly what is or is not happening? We may be able to help here.

    Please send just one email or call just once and leave voice mail. Include the camera model, where you bought your data plan (e.g., Spartan Camera, Verizon, AT&T, etc.), your phone number, time zone, and best time to call. Please make sure your voice mail box is set up and not full. It may take a couple of days for you to get a return call but you will get one. Email may get a faster response.

    If you are getting the No SIM card error try cleaning the SIM contacts with a pencil eraser.

    GC-A4Gb. I’m ready to register the camera and turn it onto the setup screen. It says that it’s searching, then comes up w no sims card, please insert your SIM card and restart. 

    I tried the eraser thing this morning and didn’t work.

    Try blowing in the SIM card slot or popping the SIM card in and out a bunch of times.

    Do you have another camera that you could try the SIM card from to see if it's a SIM card problem or a camera problem?

    Well that really stinks that you have to deal with this especially with your first one. Is there an ATT store close by maybe? At least they could check the SIM.
