Please send just one email or call just once and leave voice mail. Include the camera model, where you bought your data plan (e.g., Spartan Camera, Verizon, AT&T, etc.), your phone number, time zone, and best time to call. Please make sure your voice mail box is set up and not full. It may take a couple of days for you to get a return call but you will get one. Email may get a faster response.
