    What is the cameras model number? Did you register the camera so it shows up on your app?

    Model number is GC-A4Gb. Yes is shows up on my app and appears everything is good. Just no pictures.

    You may need to do a firmware update. I would try and take a manual picture and see what happens. Turn the camera to set up and when it finds signal press ok once to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. See what it says on the screen.

    As Johnny said, it needs a firmware update. Look on the status report page. 

    After you take/send a manual photo, request the firmware update in the app, then take/send another manual photo to trigger the FW update and watch the screen. 

    Once you turn the camera on, walk around in front of the camera until you get a pick.
