App not loading pics from go cam

My app on my phone is not loading pics . It's brand new out of the box. I got it all set up,purchased a data plan and was trying it at home before taking it to the field. It took and sent a handful of pics to my phone and then it said no image available.

  Is the camera taking the pictures and saving them to the memory card? Are the pictures showing up on the online portal?

  That could be bc the pics are not coming over to my phone. I've been through all my settings and everything looks to be set correctly.

  Where are you seeing the no image available message? What is the camera model and where did you buy your data?

  Have you looked on the portal? If the pictures are on the portal, then the camera is sending pictures and the problem is between the portal and your phone.

  iOS or Android? When you click on the no image available, is there actually a photo?
