email going to junk folder

My 4g goes to my inbox but my 3g has started sending pics to junk folder. Verizon cameras.

The server sends the pictures to whatever address you specify. You’ll need to edit the junk filter on your email. It’s not anything that your camera or the Spartan server has anything to do with.

If you can open the junk folder and left click and hold on one of the emails from the 3g camera and see if you can drag it to your inbox. Once there release it and you may see a pop up that tells you the message was moved and asks you if you want to move all the messages that are there and ones that are incoming from that camera.
